At the beginning of the school year, each family filled out a medical information form, along with lots of other forms and releases. Before we leave for San Antonio, we'd like to check to see if you need to update any of this info.
You will NOT need to fill out all the release forms and band handbook. You will ONLY be updating the medical and insurance information
