    Diocese of San Bernardino · Office of Vocations. Saturday, January 23, 2027 · 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (check-in begins at 9:00 AM). St. Junipero Serra House of Formation, 12745 Oriole Ave., Grand Terrace, CA 92313 — on the back basketball court and in the prayer garden. A day retreat for altar servers in grades 4–12 grouped by grades (4–6, 7–9, 10–12), lunch provided, a Parents' Session for altar server parents, and closing Holy Mass. $10 per altar server and $10 per parent/guardian attending the Parents' Session.   • Parish Group & Chaperone

  • For every 10 children registered, there must be 1 adult chaperone who attends the full day. Every chaperone must have completed (1) fingerprinting through Live Scan and (2) the CMG Connect Youth Protection Certificate for the Diocese of San Bernardino. Each chaperone must also sign up on the Adult Chaperone Registration form. Groups that do not meet this ratio may not be admitted. Parents attending only the Parents' Session do not count as chaperones unless they meet both requirements and register as chaperones.
