Please describe the acts you intend to perform. Each performer has two acts of up to 5 minutes each. Please remember that acts must be suitable for all ages.
Performer bio, (this may be read out on the day and/or included in online promotion).
Do you have any accessibility requirements? (The venue and stage are fully wheelchair accessible, there is a quiet space to get changed and non-gendered bathrooms to use). There will be no strobe lights or very loud/sudden noises.
Do you identify as part of the Trans+ community? (This includes Intersex and Non-Binary+ identities).
This event prioritises performers from traditionally less represented backgrounds, (POC, disabled, minority faiths, working class, immigrant, sex worker etc.). If you are comfortable sharing, please let us know about your identity(ies).
Please upload 2 high quality photos of your act. At least one should have at least the entire head and shoulders fully in frame, (so it can be cut out and added to a poster).
