For works of art (original drawings) and fine art prints:

«In accordance with Article L221-23 of the Consumer Code (France), the consumer may be held liable in case of depreciation of goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of the good. The right of withdrawal allows you to examine the work as you would in a gallery. Any handling beyond this simple verification (prolonged hanging, exposure), as well as any damage, wear or alteration of the work will result in a refusal to refund or will give rise to a financial deduction from the refund (discount) of at least 30%."

Return requirement: packaging and certificate of authenticity

Packaging: The return will be systematically refused or penalized if the artwork is not returned in its original secure packaging (envelope, tissue paper, triple-corrugated cardboard, specific bubble wrap, etc.) or a similar art package if the original one is damaged.

Certificate of Authenticity: The original Certificate of Authenticity must be included. Without this document, the artwork loses its market value and the return cannot be validated.
!! RETURN COSTS AT YOUR EXPENSE!!

The customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs: The return shipping costs are entirely at your expense.

Mandatory transport insurance: You are legally responsible for the artwork until it is delivered to my postal address. You must take out transport insurance up to the value of the work. In case of breakage during return transport, no refund will be made and you must contact the chosen carrier.
This complete return procedure is setting up to limit the purchase of artworks or fine art prints for commercial purposes (advertising, exhibition, etc.) and the return of them after their use. Nonetheless, I am counting on everyone following my art to handle the return procedure honestly. Thank you for your understanding!
