By signing this membership form, the undersigned joins ACSI – Associazione di Cultura, Sport e Tempo libero APS, a Sports Promotion Body recognised by CONI and CIP and a Third Sector Network, as a member through the affiliated organisation VERACURA APS, and declares:
– to be familiar with and agree to comply with the ACSI Articles of Association and its internal regulations;
– to be familiar with the insurance policies and their specific terms, available in full on www.acsi.it;

Photographs, audio/video recordings and social-media content are produced during the activities, events and in the premises of Veracura APS. By joining, you authorise ACSI, as Data Controller, and Veracura APS to produce and use such images, also through the Association's partners and sponsors, for institutional and promotional purposes (website, social networks, press, information materials), with no right to any compensation. Images will never be used in contexts that may prejudice your dignity or for purposes other than those stated. This authorisation is a condition of membership: if you do not wish to grant it, you are free not to join.
