Registration Fee
Please complete the following section to finalize your registration in the 2026 Little Gems Exhibition. Each year we facilitate the SPONSOR AN ARTIST program, where those of us unable to meet the registration fee can be sponsored by others with the means to do so. If you can, please consider sponsoring an artist with your registration. If you are an artist in need of sponsorship, please email arts@vicartscouncil.ca to discuss how to register without this form.

I understand and accept the requirements for this show, and also agree not to hold the Victoria Arts Council, its members, staff and volunteers, legally liable for any damages, loss or injury to person or property sustained by reason of an accident or incident occurring in or about the Victoria Arts Council. Further, any insurance coverage for loss or damage to the submitted works is my responsibility. Pick-up of unsold work must take place Sunday 20 December between 12PM by 5PM [any remaining artwork will be subject to storage fees: $10 per day per item. NB: VAC gallery and offices will be closed from 21 December 2026 - 8 January 2027.]
