I, ____________________, one of the People (as seen in the 50 state constitutions), Sui Juris, do present you with this notice that you may provide due care; And
Please take notice that the People have assembled nationally and realize that the attorneys, lower courts, and various government officials have created legal theories that were used to unconstitutionally, unlawfully take from the People. The People previously sent notice to the Supreme Court outlining and explaining this issue and within two weeks the Supreme Court came out with the same conclusion and warning to all lower courts: And
Please take notice that in the O'Donnell v City of Chicago case, the Supreme Court gave a warning to the lower courts about various unlawful procedures of administrative takings and their lack of citing where their perceived power was sourced from, whether in the common law, constitutions or elsewhere. This notice is to be shared with all your agents that you may immediately show where you were granted the authority to seize or use agency orders to take the property of the People. The court wishes for you to deal with this issue before they intervene. We the People are pressing the issue to move the court to immediately deal with your errors and patterns of practice that are unlawful. Please see attached warning cited directly from case,(highlighted to aid in quickly identifying the warning and the pressing issue dealing with the errors that you may not have been given full disclosure of). This notice is given to you in the peace and love of Christ that you may correct the bad law that has been used to encroach upon the People’s rights for decades.
