  • The $5 ticket is the only charge. It includes all three competitions (Distance, Time Aloft, Accuracy) and the Mass Toss Finale. There are no extra paid planes, no add-ons, and no other amounts on the form. Watching remains free.

  • I understand that the Little Lotus Academy Paper Airplane Competition (Saturday, December 5, 2026, Gym) is an event in which children and adults fold paper airplanes and throw them in a gym. I acknowledge that taking part involves minor inherent risks - for example, being struck by a thrown paper airplane - and I accept those risks for my child(ren) listed on this form. I confirm that my child(ren) will follow the event rules and the instructions of event staff and volunteers, and I understand that I remain responsible for the supervision of my child(ren) throughout the event, including before and after their flights. I authorise the school to use the emergency contact on this form if medical or safety help is needed for my child. I understand that entry fees for this event are governed by the school's refund policy: All entry fees are non-refundable.

  • Number of tickets - One ticket per flyer: every registered child, plus the adult flyer if that block is added. Price per ticket - $5. One ticket covers all three competitions and the Mass Toss.
