• California AB 1263 Purchaser Acknowledgment

Fdez Werx LLC: required for every order shipping to California
  • California law (Civil Code §3273.51(e), as amended by AB 1263, effective January 1, 2026) says that before we finish a sale or delivery of certain firearm parts and accessories (including unattached barrels) to a California address or resident, we must give you the notice below, get your signed acknowledgment, and verify with proof of age and identity that you are at least 18. Complete this once for each California order. Your order ships after we receive it.

Your order must ship to the address on your government-issued ID. Active-duty military in California may ship to their duty station. Upload your orders (and your housing agreement if you live off base) below.

Adult Signature is required at delivery. USPS Adult Signature requires a person 21 or older to sign, so if you are 18–20, someone 21+ at your ID address must sign for the package.
