How to prepare your pictures

1. Resize a copy of each image so that it is a JPEG at 2,200 pixels on the longest side, saved at maximum quality in the sRGB color space. Max. 10 MB per image.

2. Rename each image in the following order: first name-last name-short picture title
e.g. Lucy-Jones-Snowdrops In The Snow
