Part 2: Travel Details

Part 3: Waiver, Terms and Payments
Waiver

1. Acknowledgment of Voluntary Participation: I understand that participation in travel experiences organized by Well and Away Collective, LLC is voluntary and may involve risks.

2. Assumption of Travel Risks: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with travel including transportation accidents, illness, injury, weather events, theft, delays, supplier failures, and activities during the trip.

3. Fitness to Travel: I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating and will consult medical professionals as needed.

4. Medical Treatment Authorization: I authorize emergency medical treatment if necessary and accept full responsibility for related costs.

5. Independent Contractors: Travel suppliers are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Well and Away Collective LLC (i.e., walking tour guide).

6. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Well and Away Collective LLC from claims arising from participation in the trip, except where prohibited by law.

7. Traveler Responsibility: I am responsible for travel documents, visas, compliance with laws, and personal conduct.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Payments and cancellations
- A nonrefundable deposit of $750 holds your place. Places are confirmed in the order deposits are received.
- Final payment is due 90 days prior to the trip start date and is nonrefundable.
- If you need to cancel, and we are able to fill your spot with an approved replacement guest, we will refund your payments less a $100 administrative fee.
- Airfare and travel insurance are not included. Travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage is strongly recommended.
- Well and Away Collective LLC may adjust the itinerary for weather, safety or vendor availability. If we cancel the trip, we will refund your payments less any non-recoverable costs.
- In case of serious hardship, we may offer a credit toward a future Well and Away trip as a courtesy, at our sole discretion. This courtesy does not create a right to a refund or credit.
