I understand that names, dates of birth, and identification details must match my government-issued identification (passport or driver's license). I accept full responsibility for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies submitted by me.
2. Passport & Travel Documentation
I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my passport is valid for international travel (including required validity beyond return date), and that I meet all entry requirements including visas, vaccinations, and government regulations.
3. Health & Accessibility Disclosure
I acknowledge that any medical conditions, mobility limitations, dietary restrictions, or special needs that may impact travel must be disclosed in advance. Failure to disclose such information may limit the ability of Sassy Chic Travel to secure appropriate accommodations.
4. Pricing & Availability
I understand that travel pricing and availability are subject to change until a deposit is received and confirmed by the supplier. Quotes do not guarantee space or rates.
5. Supplier Responsibility
I understand that Sassy Chic Travel acts as an independent travel advisor and arranges travel services through third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators. Sassy Chic Travel is not responsible for supplier actions, schedule changes, cancellations, force majeure events, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond its control.
6. Travel Protection
I acknowledge that comprehensive travel insurance has been or will be offered. I understand that travel insurance protects my investment against unforeseen circumstances including cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel interruptions.
7. Electronic Communication & Documentation
I consent to receive travel documents, invoices, insurance information, and related communication electronically via email or secure digital platform.
8. Authorization to Plan
By signing below, I authorize Sassy Chic Travel to begin research, planning, and preparation of customized travel proposals on my behalf.
