FOR EACH ADULT FAMILY MEMBER, this number is found in line 15000 (gross income) on their 2025 Notice of Assessment issued by the Canada Revenue Agency. ENTER THE SUM OF EACH ADULT'S INCOME. Please note, information from T4s, tax returns, etc., are not accepted.

Do you live within the town of Canmore or MD of Bighorn (Canmore, Deadman's Flats, Exshaw, Lac Des Arc, Harvie Heights)? All individuals on this application must be full-time residents of Canmore or the MD of Bighorn (no visitors).
Do you have proof* that you and your family members live within the town of Canmore or MD of Bighorn? Proof will be required at pick up.

Proof could be: Town of Canmore Affordable Services Program Card, Driver's License with Canmore or MD of Bighorn Address, Utility Bill with Canmore or MD of Bighorn Address, Lease Agreement (only PEKA or Staff Accommodation Lease accepted), Bank Statement with Address, Child's school ID card or online school account (ex: PowerSchool).
