Vendors are solely resposible for obtaining and maintaining all required local, state and federal permits. As well as health department licenses.

You grant the event orginazer permission to use the vendors buisness name, logo, images and descriptions for promotional and marketing purposes.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, space assignment or approval as a offical vendor.

Event organizer(s) are not responsible for damage, theft, injury or loss of property occuring during set up, event hours or breaking down booth spaces.

Organizer has right to reject applications, alter space layouts, remove vendors for false information or poor conduct representing theirselves or buisness.
If approved, you will receive a welcome email along with a link to pay your vendor fees.
