These are the terms for the AI Business Audit from La Muse Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15766523, registered office 8 Brigham Road, Cockermouth, CA13 0AX). By signing below, you agree to them.
WHAT THE AUDIT IS:You fill in my survey about how your business runs. I read your answers and send you a written report by email within 5 working days of receiving everything I need from you. If I need more information, I will email you follow-up questions, and the 5 working days start once you have answered them all. The report shows where Claude, an AI assistant, could save you time, which jobs I would start with, and what set-up would cost. The audit is a standalone report. It is done entirely by email and does not include calls, video calls or meetings. You are not committing to anything else by booking it. If you want me to set anything up, that is a separate agreement and fee.
FEE AND PAYMENT:The audit fee is £[AMOUNT] (the fee for your size band, as shown on your invoice), paid in full before I start. If you book set-up within 30 days of receiving your report, what you paid for your audit comes off your set-up fee, up to half of your set-up total. This applies to set-ups of £200 or more for solo businesses, £300 or more for small teams and £400 or more for medium businesses. Once your survey answers are in, I can't refund the fee, because the work has begun. If I can't produce a useful report from your answers, I will tell you and we can agree what to do.
WHAT I PROMISE, AND WHAT I DON'T:I will do the work with reasonable care and skill, and I will be honest about what Claude can and can't do for your business. The hours and savings in the report are estimates from your survey answers, not guarantees. AI can make mistakes, and I don't promise any business result, such as more sales or growth. The report is not legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Claude is run by Anthropic, a separate company, and its features, limits and prices can change without notice.
YOUR INFORMATION:I only use your survey answers to produce your report, and I keep them confidential. Please don't include passwords, card details or sensitive personal information, and don't include your customers' personal details. I will delete your answers 12 months after our work ends, unless you ask me to keep them or the law requires me to. I may mention that I have worked with you, with your business name and a general description of the audit, in my portfolio, on my website and on social media. I will never share your survey answers, your report or anything you have told me is confidential. If you'd rather I didn't, tell me by email at any time and I will stop using it from then on, and take down anything already published within 14 days. The report is for your business only. Otherwise, my total liability to you is limited to the audit fee you paid. I am not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profit. You are agreeing for business purposes. No one else can enforce these terms. If any part turns out not to be enforceable, the rest still applies. Any change to these terms needs to be agreed in writing by email. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and they are the whole agreement between us about the audit.
