Communication and Engagement Requirements
Communicating with fellow Junior Program members in your state and across the country is an essential responsibility of any state or national leadership role.
Student leaders must communicate regularly and reliably with the clubs and members they serve, as well as with the Junior Program Board and VMA Director. This includes responding to emails, participating in online communications, and submitting required impact reports.
Leadership requires active participation, not just holding a title. If selected, you are expected to remain engaged with your student community and fulfill the responsibilities of your position.
The VMA Foundation reserves the right to remove a student from a leadership role if, after multiple warnings, the student consistently fails to communicate, submit required reports, or fulfill their leadership responsibilities.
