• LHNC General Meeting — Updates & Reports

Help us prepare for our next neighborhood meeting by sharing your updates, presentation details, or committee report. This form replaces the usual preparation call, so we'll only follow up if we need more information. Brief answers are welcome.

If your committee met, please include its agenda and minutes or meeting record. You can upload everything at the end of this form.

    When it's due
Reports are due 21 days before the General Meeting, a week before the Executive Committee meets, so it can read your report. The final cutoff is 3 days before: a report received then still reaches the packet and the records, but Executive Committee review and agenda time are not guaranteed.
  • Will your report need time on the meeting agenda?*
  • Are you willing to present this report at the meeting?*
  • Will you need longer than 5 minutes?*
  • Your Report

  • Do you have updates, progress, findings, or next steps to report since the last General Meeting? Progress counts even if your committee did not meet.*
  • Reporting Status
Check all that apply. Questions 5 to 7 below (Council attention, funds, and supporting documents) still need an answer.
