Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Drake’s Scent Samples Referral Program! This program allows participants to earn commissions and store credit by referring customers to Drake’s Scent Samples using their assigned discount code. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before participating.

1. Program Enrollment
By completing and signing the Drake’s Scent Samples Referral Program registration form, you automatically enroll in the referral program and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Commission and Store Credit Structure
Participants may earn the following rewards on qualifying orders:

5% Commission: Earn a commission based on 5% of the eligible order amount after taxes and card processing fees are deducted. Shipping charges are excluded from the commission calculation.
5% Store Credit: Earn store credit based on 5% of the eligible order amount after taxes and card processing fees are deducted. Shipping charges are excluded from the store credit calculation.
Commissions and store credit are not guaranteed. Actual reward rates may vary depending on the item, product availability, and applicable program-specific rates established by Drake’s Scent Samples.

Drake’s Scent Samples reserves the right to increase or decrease commission and store credit rates for particular items or categories based on product availability and other business considerations. Applicable rates may vary by product, and participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable rates.

3. Discount Code Requirements
For an order to qualify for commission and store credit, the customer must use your assigned referral discount code at checkout.

Orders placed without your assigned discount code will not qualify for commission or store credit. Referral credit cannot be guaranteed or applied retroactively to orders where the code was not used at checkout.

4. Geographic Eligibility
The Drake’s Scent Samples Referral Program is available exclusively for qualifying orders shipped within the United States.

Orders shipped to Canada, Mexico, or any other country outside the United States are not eligible for commission or store credit, even if the customer uses a participant's assigned referral discount code.

No commission payments or store credit will be issued for orders shipped outside the United States. Participants are responsible for understanding and complying with this geographic eligibility requirement when promoting their referral codes.

5. Ineligible Orders
The following orders are not eligible for commission or store credit:

Canceled orders.
Refunded orders.
Fraudulent orders.
Orders shipped outside the United States.
Orders that do not use the participant's assigned referral discount code at checkout.
If a commission or store credit reward has already been issued for an order that is subsequently refunded, canceled, or identified as fraudulent, Drake’s Scent Samples reserves the right to reverse the reward or deduct it from future eligible rewards, where permitted by applicable law.

6. Commission Payments
Commissions are calculated based on qualifying orders placed during the previous calendar month. Payments will be issued on the 30th of each month for the preceding month's eligible commissions.

For example, commissions earned on qualifying orders from November 1 through November 30 will be paid on December 30.

The minimum monthly commission payout is $1.00. Participants must earn at least $1.00 in eligible commissions during a monthly period to receive a payout for that period. Balances below $1.00 will carry forward until the minimum payout threshold is met.

Commission payments will be issued through PayPal or Cash App. Participants are responsible for providing accurate payment information and maintaining an eligible account to receive their payments.

7. Store Credit
Store credit is earned on qualifying orders placed using the participant's assigned referral discount code, at the applicable rate for the item purchased.

Store credit will be applied to the participant's account associated with the Drake’s Scent Samples Shopify store within two weeks of the qualifying order being placed.

Store credit must be used within three months of the date it is issued. Any unused store credit may expire after this period.

Store credit is valid for purchases from Drake’s Scent Samples, is separate from cash commission payments, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Store credit will not be issued for canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders, or for orders shipped outside the United States.

8. Program Duration
These terms and conditions are effective through December 31, 2026, unless modified or terminated earlier by Drake’s Scent Samples.

Any continuation of the referral program beyond this date may be subject to updated terms and conditions.

9. Changes to Terms and Reward Rates
Drake’s Scent Samples reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes may include commission rates, store credit rates, payment schedules, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, and other program rules.

Commission and store credit rates may increase or decrease depending on the item, product availability, and business considerations. Participants should review the applicable reward rates and current terms before referring customers.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the current terms and conditions to remain informed of any changes. Continued participation in the referral program following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Program Administration
Drake’s Scent Samples reserves the right to administer and manage the referral program, including determining whether orders meet the program's eligibility requirements.

Participation in the program does not guarantee a specific number of referrals, sales, commissions, or store credit.

11. Agreement to Terms
By signing the Drake’s Scent Samples Referral Program registration form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
