Payment, Refund and Training Credit Terms

Complete and sign this agreement before paying any deposit or training payment.

NONREFUNDABLE PAYMENTS: I voluntarily pay for the named rider. I have read and agree to the school’s written payment, cancellation, refund and credit policies supplied before payment. Deposits and training payments are nonrefundable under those policies, except where a refund is required by law or expressly provided in the agreement. Rider cancellation, failure to attend, early departure, or failure to use an approved credit does not by itself entitle the payer to a refund.

TRAINING CREDIT: This agreement does not automatically grant a credit. Any credit granted belongs to the named rider, is not transferable to the payer, and has no cash-redemption value. All makeup dates require the school’s written approval and are subject to availability and written credit terms.

RIDERS AGE 17 OR YOUNGER: The rider’s parent or legal guardian may request and approve makeup dates on the minor’s behalf if the school grants credit. A payer who is not the parent or legal guardian does not gain decision-making authority solely by paying.

RIDERS AGE 18 OR OLDER: Only the adult rider may request, select or approve makeup dates or changes to training, unless the rider provides written authorization naming another person. Paying for an adult rider does not authorize the payer to make decisions on the rider’s behalf.

PRIVATE REIMBURSEMENT ARRANGEMENTS: Any reimbursement arrangement between payer and rider is their private responsibility. Gary Leffew Bull Riding School LLC is not a party to that arrangement and is not responsible for settling disputes between them.

LEGAL RIGHTS: Nothing in this agreement waives rights that cannot legally be waived. This payment agreement does not replace the rider’s separate participation agreement and liability waiver.
