・FULL PAYMENT DEADLINE (DOP) = 11.28

・a late fee of ₱10 will be added to payments made beyond the deadline.

・the payment form will be sent along with your order confirmation email. please wait for the email before proceeding with your payment.

 

❄︎ PRODUCTION and FULFILLMENT

 ・all items are made/prepared on a pre-order basis. please allow time for production and preparation after pre-orders close.

・updates regarding production, release, and shipping will be posted through my shop updates.

・please understand that the timeline may change due to unforeseen circumstances. thank you for your patience and understanding. ♡

 

❄︎ PACKING and SHIPPING

 ・a total of packing fee: ₱25 will be automatically added to your total cost.

・shipping fee (sf) will be sent to you once the items are on hand.

・shipping fees are separate from the packing fee and will be shouldered by the buyer.

・please make sure that your shipping details and contact information are correct before submitting.

・once your parcel has been handed over to the courier, i can no longer be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.

 ・planning to send someone a little jikook surprise? please dm me first for sdm arrangements BEFORE submitting this form.

・kindly wait for confirmation and further instructions before placing an sdm order.

 

❄︎ once you have placed your orders …

 ・pre-orders are considered a confirmed commitment. please make sure all information provided in the form is correct before submitting.

・cancellations after submission of form and refunds are not allowed once payment has been confirmed, except when an order cannot be fulfilled.

・if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please dm me as soon as possible with clear photo/video proof so the concern can be assessed.
