2027 Theme: SAFE SKIES: PREVENTING AIRBORNE CONFLICTS
The 14th Safety Forum is scheduled for May 25-26, 2027, at EUROCONTROL headquarters in Brussels. The Forum is organised by Flight Safety Foundation in partnership with EUROCONTROL and the European Regions Airline Association.
The information you will provide below will allow the Event Organising Committee to select presentations which are the most relevant for the Forum theme.

During this process, you can save your information and go back to edit and finish later, if needed.

3. Please review your proposal information for accuracy before submitting. You can save it now, review, and submit at a later time, if necessary.
4. Upon submission, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledgement of receipt and copy of your submission for your records. Changes to submissions are not allowed. Receiving this email does not indicate that your presentation has been approved. If you do not receive your email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact Eleanor Stamper at: stamper@flightsafety.org.
5. SUBMISSION DEADLINE: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-5) on Feb. 1, 2027.
6. All submissions will be reviewed independently by a team of reviewers. The outcome of the selection process will be communicated the first week of March 2027.
7. If selected, your presentation time slot will be 20 minutes plus 8 minutes for Q&A.
8. If selected, your PowerPoint presentation must be received no later than April 30, 2027.
9. Registration fee is waived for speakers, panelists, and moderators.
10. The Safety Forum will be held in Brussels on May 25-26, 2027. Speakers are expected to attend the Forum in person, there is no virtual option.
All presentations delivered during the Safety Forum will be video recorded. These recordings will be published in full on SKYbrary for the benefit of the aviation community. A PDF of the presentations (that are approved for release) will be published in SKYbrary.
