Leading Improvement in Schools

Presenter: Dr. Kris DeFilippis (NYU/NYC DOE)

Dr. Kris DeFilippis will lead a half-day, in-person session that brings together teachers and leaders to interrogate the conditions that make improvement science meaningful and sustainable in schools. Grounded in current scholarship and equity-centered leadership frameworks, attendees will leave with a practical framework for building the organizational and relational conditions that change management actually requires, and for asking the right questions as they build the conditions for sustained, continuous improvement.
