  • 1. Class Schedule:

    Session 1: December 21, 2026
    Session 2: December 22, 2026
    Session 3: December 23, 2026
    Session 4: December 28, 2026
    Session 5: December 29, 2026
    Session 6: December 30, 2026

Each session begins at 6:30 PM and ends at 7:30 PM Pacific Time.

  • 2. Attendance and Punctuality

Student is expected to attend each scheduled session and arrive on time.

Late arrival does not extend the scheduled ending time. A session Student joins late will end at its originally scheduled time.

Parent/Guardian must send absence notices, recording requests, and withdrawal notices to the Course Contact Email.

  • 3. Missed Small Group Classes

Small-group sessions take place as scheduled even when an individual Student is absent.

Recording requests require at least 24 hours' advance notice. Parent/Guardian must notify Company at least 24 hours before the scheduled start of the class and request a recording.

Classes are not recorded by default. With timely notice, Company will record the class and provide the recording and lesson materials.

The recording will be available through a private link for seven calendar days after the link is sent. Access will end after that period.

If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, a recording is not guaranteed. Lesson materials will still be provided.

An individual absence does not qualify for a refund or an individual makeup session. Withdrawal is governed separately by Section 8.

  • 4. Instructor Cancellations

If the instructor cancels a session, Company will arrange a replacement session at a mutually agreed date and time or refund the tuition attributable to that session.

The refund for an instructor-canceled session that is not replaced equals one-sixth of the total camp tuition paid.

If Company cancels the entire camp before the first session, all tuition paid will be refunded. If Company discontinues the camp after instruction begins, tuition attributable to sessions Company will not provide will be refunded in full.

The 50% withdrawal refund provision does not reduce refunds owed for sessions canceled by Company and not replaced.

  • 5. Camp Withdrawal and Refunds

Parent/Guardian must submit written withdrawal notice to the Course Contact Email. Withdrawal takes effect when Company receives the notice.

    Withdrawal before camp begins:

If Company receives written withdrawal notice before the first scheduled session begins, Parent/Guardian will receive a full refund of tuition paid. This deadline is based on the first scheduled session, regardless of whether Student attends that session.

    Withdrawal after camp begins:

If Company receives written withdrawal notice after camp begins, Parent/Guardian will receive a refund equal to 50% of the tuition attributable to eligible remaining sessions.

    Refund = (Total Camp Tuition Paid ÷ 6) × Eligible Remaining Sessions × 50%

Eligible remaining sessions are sessions scheduled to begin after Company receives written withdrawal notice that have not already been provided or forfeited under the attendance policy.

Sessions already held or missed are not eligible for a withdrawal refund. A session already underway when withdrawal notice is received is not a remaining session.

Refunds will be calculated using the actual tuition paid under this Agreement and rounded to the nearest cent. The same session will not be refunded more than once.

  • 6. Recording Consent and Privacy

Company may record a small-group class when a family provides the advance notice required by Section 6.

A recording may capture Student's name, image, voice, shared work, and participation, along with those of other participants. Recordings are intended solely to allow enrolled students to review missed instruction.

Requested small-group recordings may be shared through private links with enrolled students and their Parents/Guardians in the same cohort. Each link will remain available for seven calendar days after it is sent.

Parent/Guardian consents to Student's inclusion in these recordings and to this limited educational sharing. Company will announce when a session is being recorded and obtain any additional participant consent required before recording.

This consent does not authorize public posting, advertising, or promotional use of Student's image, voice, work, or participation.

Parent/Guardian and Student may not share recording links outside the cohort or download, copy, screen-record, distribute, or publicly post class recordings. They may not independently record a live class without Company's permission and the necessary participant consents.

  • 7. Student Behavioral Expectations

    Student is expected to:

    - Treat the instructor and other students respectfully.

    - Listen when others speak and take turns participating.

    - Follow instructions for muting, speaking, chat, screen sharing, and annotation tools.

    - Use school-appropriate language.

    - Participate in reading, discussion, and assigned activities.

    - Avoid unrelated games, videos, messaging, and other distractions during class.

    - Respect other participants' privacy.

Bullying, harassment, threatening behavior, discriminatory remarks, and repeated intentional disruption are not permitted.

The instructor may redirect Student, restrict distracting Zoom features, or contact Parent/Guardian about concerns. Serious or repeated disruption may result in removal from that session without a refund for that session.

Parent/Guardian agrees to review these expectations with Student and support participation, punctuality, preparation of materials, and a suitable learning environment. Camera use is encouraged when possible.

  • 8. Agreement and Signatures

By signing, Parent/Guardian confirms that they are Student's parent or legal guardian, have authority to enroll Student, and have read and agree to this Agreement, including its payment, attendance, recording, withdrawal, and behavior provisions.

The parties confirm that the enrollment format, total tuition, and class schedule have been completed before signing.

Changes to this Agreement must be agreed to in writing by Company and Parent/Guardian. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
