Registration fees cover 2 breakfasts, 2 brunch, 2 lunches, coffee and snacks, as well as all conference expenses. Suppers are not included; please register each attendee separately.

Retired rostered leaders and candidates receive reduced registration rates due to Synod funding. We recognize that the presence of retired and candidates enriches our conference.

Lodging is NOT covered by conference fees; you are responsible for making your own accommodation arrangements which may be at a hotel, a bed and breakfast or VRBO, or with friends or family.

Registration deadline is January 18, 2027. If space is limited, priority will be granted to registrants from the ABT Synod. We are unable to reimburse any cancellations after January 18, 2027.

Registration for Optional activities:

Children are also welcome to come with you to the conference, however you are responsible for their care while at the conference; there are no activities planned for them. Children must each be registered separately; please find the registration form here.

NEW - The Synod's preferred method of payment is by e-transfer through online banking. This is the most cost-effective payment for the Synod and for payees. Please effect your e-transfer by January 18, 2027, to abtfinance@elcic.ca and note in the memo line: your name, and "study conference ". A screenshot of this payment should be used as proof of payment.

Study Conference fees may also be paid by cheques made payable to "Alberta Synod, ELCIC", indicating Study Conference fees for (your name) on the memo line.
