    Application form for sophomores in the Class of 2029 applying to Megan Harber Photography’s ambassador program.     The MHP Sophomore Ambassador Program is open to students in the Class of 2029. Five ambassadors will be selected from the Kilgore area and five from the Sulphur Springs area.

    PROGRAM INVESTMENT: $150

    Your program includes three photography sessions:
    - 2 Customized Individual Sophomore Spotlight session
    - Sophomore Team group photoshoot

    Edited digital images will be delivered through an online gallery. Image selection and delivery details will be provided by Megan Harber Photography. Prints, additional sessions, and other products are not included unless stated otherwise.

    APPLICATION & PAYMENT

    Applications are due by November 14. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Payment is not due when applying and is requested only after acceptance. Payment is due by December 31 for students who are chosen. Your spot is secured once payment and required paperwork are received.

    ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATIONS

    Ambassadors are expected to make a reasonable effort to attend all three sessions. Weather or unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling. Missed sessions do not guarantee a makeup session or refund. Program fees are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or stated in the applicable cancellation policy.

    AMBASSADOR EXPECTATIONS

    Ambassadors must treat others respectfully. Sharing photos and tagging MHP on social media are encouraged but not required. Unedited RAW files are not included. Parent/guardian consent and required photography releases must be completed before participation.

    JUNIOR AMBASSADOR REWARD

    Sophomore Ambassadors who are accepted into the MHP Junior Ambassador Program will receive $50 off the published junior program fee. The discount is nontransferable, has no cash value, and does not guarantee acceptance.

    By submitting this application, I confirm that my information is accurate and that I understand the program details, fee, selection process, and participation expectations. Required parent/guardian consent and photography releases must be completed separately where applicable.
