Winter Gallery Night Registration

I understand that my child’s participation in Gallery Night requires completing their artwork and attending all scheduled classes leading up to the event. Missed classes or unfinished artwork may prevent my child’s work from being included in the exhibition.

I am responsible for ensuring that my child’s artwork is prepared for display according to their class requirements. This may include providing a mat or frame at my expense. The studio will communicate the specific requirements and deadline for each class.

The studio will take reasonable care when handling, storing, and displaying artwork. However, I understand that accidental damage or loss may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse, its owners, instructors, and staff from claims relating to accidental loss of or damage to my child’s artwork during exhibition preparation, storage, display, and removal. This release does not extend to liability that cannot legally be waived. Artwork may not be taken home on the day of the show. I agree to leave the artwork on display and collect it during the pickup dates and times communicated by the studio.

I understand that Gallery Night is an exhibition event, and students will not be participating in art-making activities. I am responsible for supervising my child throughout the event and ensuring that my child follows studio rules, respects the artwork and displays, and behaves safely. I acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with attending an indoor event, including accidental trips, falls, contact with displays, and interactions with other attendees. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume these risks and release Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse, its owners, instructors, and staff from claims for injury, loss, or property damage arising from those risks. This agreement does not waive claims or rights that cannot legally be waived.

I authorize Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse to photograph and record my child and their artwork during Gallery Night and to use these images and recordings on the studio’s social media, website, and promotional materials without compensation or additional approval. This permission does not transfer ownership of the original artwork. I understand that other attendees may also take photographs or videos and that the studio cannot control their use of those images.
