My Countertechnique experience:

There are scholarships available for Winter Warming Seoul. They are primarily aimed at providing support to participants from low-income countries within Asia, participants from Asia with relatively high additional costs for travel and accommodation and/or participants from Asia with a low income. Further criteria include the overall diversity of the participant group as well as the overall level of the group.

Scholarships will range from 5 to 50% of the participation fee; only in exceptional cases will a scholarship cover 75% or 100% of the participation fee. Scholarships apply only to the participation fee; all participants are responsible for covering their own travel, housing and any other expenses.

If you apply for a scholarship, you will be asked to provide information about your professional background and your personal situation. These questions are not mandatory to answer, but they will help us determine which level of support we will provide.

Scholarships are awarded at the organisation's discretion.
