If your wheels and tires are stolen with Rimlox wheel locks properly installed, Rimlox will purchase a new set of wheels and tires for you to replace the ones stolen.

- Required Inquiry Form:
Submitting the required inquiry form is necessary to collect essential details needed to determine, your overall wheel lock design—including but not limited to the following: thread pitch, thread pitch length, thread pitch diameter, wheel lock design for factory vs aftermarket wheels, and seating type (cone, ball, shank, etc.). It also allows us to determine applicable pricing discounts for individuals, wholesale, dealerships, law enforcement, Military active/veterans, first responders, EMS, educators, students, and international customers.
- In-House Manufacturing:
To overcome years of post-COVID manufacturing delays, late orders, price gouging, key pattern duplications etc. from incompitent 3rd party machine shops. Rimlox has invested in our own CNC lathe and mill machines. By producing all parts in-house, we have eliminated third-party machine shop delays and reduced overall lead times from 1–3+ months back to our standard 1–5 weeks. Parts manufacturing, design, and cutting lead times: 1–7 business days. (depending on quantities and designs)
- Unique Key Patterns:
Rimlox is the first and only manufacturer to provide each individual unique wheel lock and key their very own pattern. Unlimited unique patterns are only available for the 100% Guarantee packages only. Note: Discounted Rimlox packages may contain duplicate patterns.
- Micro-Thin Black Zinc Coating:
After cutting the Rimlox wheel locks, parts are shipped to a specialized facility for a micro-thin black zinc coating, which protects the locks from rust and harsh weather elements. Once delivered, processing/completion depends on the coating facility's schedule of all customers currently waiting to get parts coated which typically takes between 1 to 5 weeks. (sometimes quicker and sometime longer lead times)
NOTE: The Rimox wheel locks serve as your wheel theft insurance for life! No other wheel lock manufacturer can or is willing to provide such a form of protection and stand behind their product. These one of a kind wheel locks are made from scratch and are not poured into a mold by the hundreds with limited key patterns. These are individually programmed, individually designed and individually milled to fit your wheels like a glove, hence the 100% lifetime warranty and guarantee. Moreover, these locks are not coated one set at a time. Due to the minimum lot charge by the coating companies; We compile weekly Rimlox orders/batches to be shipped to be coated at the same time. Once complete, we inspect the entire batch and determine if they meet our coating standards (full coverage, no flaking, good adhearsion, no peeling etc.
