We will shortly be updating our Master Rights Agreements with our Registered Rights Holders and are now publishing and consulting on the proposed updates to be included ahead of them taking effect in 2027.
We note that the proposed updates as described further below are largely operational to align with our existing practice and new systems - and we don't consider any of the proposed updates to be contentious. However, we understand that music licensing is complex and our priority is to be clear and transparent with Rights Holders about the updates and what they mean - and to carefully consider any issues raised.
