Exclusive Student Bands are a top-tier opportunity at RGS, reserved for the most dedicated and passionate music students. Band students are offered unique opportunities such as playing at Romeo Peach Festival, exclusive headline performances in the Greenroom, and longer performance timeslots at bi-annual showcases. If you're interested in being considered for an exclusive student band, please fill out the information below to be placed on a waitlist. The front desk will reach out when a slot opens up. Only active RGS students already enrolled in lessons or classes will be considered.

Agreement Criteria
Joining an exclusive student band at RGS is a high level commitment. Please read the agreement criteria carefully before submitting your application. Band students are subject to signing a written contract each trimester.
If I'm offered a position in a student band, I agree to the following criteria:

I am currently a student at RGS, and will continue taking lessons to better my skills.
I will attend weekly rehearsals, communicate promptly if I cannot attend, and catch up on anything I missed.
I will contribute respectfully, collaborate with band members, and always arrive prepared.
I will respect the band's shared decisions and agree upon commitments.
Students who leave a band outside of the open enrollment period are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. Open enrollment for exclusive student bands is during the months of January, May, and September. During those months, students may choose to leave their student band for any reason without penalty.
