Submission Guidelines

1. Unlimited Submissions Per Entry (Each Must be Unique):
   - Participants may submit multiple videos per entry. Each submission must be unique — duplicates or near-identical content will be evaluated as the same entry. Multiple submissions will not increase the chance of winning.
   - Duplicate submissions of the same work, even across different contest cycles, will only be evaluated once. Subsequent duplicate submissions will not be re-evaluated.
2. Content Policy:
   - Submissions must not include any violent, offensive, or inappropriate content. All entries must comply with local laws and regulations.
   - Participants must ensure their submissions are original and free from any copyright infringement. Any content found to infringe copyrights or violate laws will be disqualified.
3. Rights and Usage:
   - By submitting, participants grant TST ebike a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use their submissions. This includes reproduction, editing, modification, publishing, and display for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
   - TST ebike reserves the right to make any decisions regarding the rules, administration, and use of the submitted works for this program.

1. Winners will be notified via email. Please ensure your email address is valid and that you check it regularly.
2. TST ebike reserves the right to:
   Modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.
   Disqualify any submission that violates the rules.
3. All decisions made by TST ebike regarding winner selection, rules, and program administration are final.
4. By submitting an entry, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
