I. Declaration

By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that submitting an application for the TMU International Graduate Student Scholarship application does not guarantee award selection, and I agree to respect the final decision of the scholarship review committee.

I understand and accept that this is a one-time application. No document replacement, correction, or supplemental submission will be permitted once submitted. Therefore, I accept that there will not be any further confirmations from the Office of Global Engagement.

I confirm that I have carefully reviewed all submitted materials and that they comply with the eligibility requirements listed below.

II. Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

Compliance with the “Regulations Regarding International Students Undertaking Studies in Taiwan,” “TMU Regulations for International Student Admissions,” and other relevant university regulations.
Not receiving scholarships from the International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF), the Taiwan Scholarship, or other monthly scholarships or grants.
Not having previously studied and been funded by this scholarship the same degree level at TMU.

Publication of a paper as the first author, affiliated with TMU, in a journal with a Journal Impact Factor(JIF)≥3 or ranked in the top 20% in the SCIE, SSCI, EI, or A&HCI categories within the last five years.

Such as: scores of GRE, GMAT and Mandarin proficiency exams; professional licenses; papers; theses; awards; competition results (must be in Chinese or English)
