I hereby give my child permission to wrestle in the Mat Hog Wrestling Club (MHWC) Novice Groundhog Classic andhereby waive/release MHWC, Punxsutawney Community Center (PCC), and all other sponsoring bodies, their officers, directors,committees, volunteers, and referees from all liability/claims for damages while competing in or traveling to/from said tournament. I alsoacknowledge/confirm that my child is covered by a major medical insurance plan. COVID-19 WAIVER APPLIES- cannot hold legalaction against MHWC or PCC.
