The purpose of this study is to understand how companion animal guardians in Switzerland value post-mortem memorial urns for pets and how aftercare services can better support families with dignity, craftsmanship, and timely delivery.

• Strict Anonymity & Swiss Data Protection (FADP/DSG SR 235.1): This survey is 100% anonymous. No names, email addresses, IP addresses, or personal identifiers are collected. All responses are analyzed solely in aggregate statistical form for academic research.
