Thank you for your interest in Christmas Child, the annual Christmas outreach hosted by 7 Hills Church! Our heart is to come alongside families during the Christmas season and help make Christmas special for children in our community. This application helps our Outreach Team better understand your family's needs while ensuring that parents and guardians are actively involved in their child's Christmas experience.
Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or gift sponsorship. Once the application period closes, our Outreach Team will carefully review all submissions and contact families by email regarding their application status and next steps.
Important Information:
- Age Requirements: Christmas Child provides assistance for children from newborn through 13 years old.
- Communication: Please provide a valid email address and check your inbox regularly, including your spam or junk folder, to ensure you don't miss important updates from our Outreach Team.
- Honesty & Accuracy: We ask that all information provided on your application be complete and truthful. 7 Hills Church works closely with local schools and nonprofit organizations that also provide Christmas assistance. Submitting duplicate requests for the same child through multiple organizations or providing inaccurate information may result in your application being declined or canceled.
- Gift Pickup: If approved, you must be able to pick up your child's Christmas gifts at 7 Hills Church – Florence Location (6800 Hazel Ct., Florence, KY 41042). The designated pickup date and time will be communicated to approved families.
