WSPA Membership Agreement & Commitment to Industry Standards

As a Washington State Pawnbroker I work to: Foster, Promote, and Protect the Collateral Loan Industry; to encourage and cement the good relations between its members, the general public, legislative, and all law enforcement agencies. I further agree that I am accepted into membership into the WSPA, I agree to abide by the RCW 19.60 in its entirety. With membership I agree to uphold the current preamble and by-laws of the Washington State Pawnbrokers Association; to comply with CHapter 19.60 RCW for Pawnbrokers and Second Hand Dealers; and to comply with the Federal Truth in Lending Act 15 U.S.C. 1601 (Reg. Z) effective April 1, 1996.

Failure to comply with the above may cause your membership to be revoked.
