Silver Series Pass Transfer Form

Use this form to transfer your 2027 Angelstone Silver Series pass to another horse. Silver Series pass transfers are free until April 1st. After April 1st, a transfer is $100 plus HST ($113 including HST). Until April 1st, no e-transfer is required. From April 1st on, an e-transfer of $113 to office@angelstone.ca is required before the transfer request is looked into.

How it works:
1. Submit this form. If it is after April 1st, also send the $113 e-transfer to office@angelstone.ca.
2. We will email the current pass owner at the email address on file for this pass. The current owner must reply from that email address to support@angelstone.ca to confirm the transfer.
3. Once the owner's confirmation is received (and the $113 payment is verified if after April 1st), we will email both the current and new pass owner to confirm the transfer is complete.

* All transfer requests are verified against our pass records. If verification finds that the person requesting the transfer does not own a pass, any transfer fee paid will be forfeited. This is to prevent fraud.

Pass transfer requests can only come from the owner of the pass. Verification is required before a transfer is complete, including email confirmation from the current pass owner at the email address on file.
