1. Welcome & 60-day introductory period
Welcome to the House of Della Rose ambassador program. This agreement covers promotion of the boutique and its new website. The introductory period is 60 calendar days beginning on the ambassador's signing date, upon acceptance of this agreement. Participation after the trial will be reviewed with the ambassador.
2. Work expectations
Publish at least three promotional posts each week, normally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday or Saturday. Tag House of Della Rose Hair Boutique's business Instagram account, identify the boutique, and include the assigned code or website when relevant. Clearly disclose the ambassador relationship and any gifted products. Use accurate, current product details and approved promotions. Do not promise unauthorized prices, availability, delivery times, or results. Respond to program updates and send post links or screenshots to the business email.
3. Sales review, discounts & incentives
Use only the personal code assigned by House of Della Rose. Customer discounts follow the current terms of that Shopify code. The new program is performance-based: consistent promotion, participation, and qualifying sales must come before product rewards. Hair and other perks may be awarded after that work is demonstrated and reviewed by House of Della Rose. Recognition may include Ambassador of the Month and other announced incentives. Rewards are discretionary, are not guaranteed, and do not replace earned commissions.
4. Commission
Earn 10% of qualifying merchandise revenue attributed to the assigned ambassador code, calculated after discounts and refunds and excluding tax, shipping, delivery charges, gift cards, and service fees. Only paid, fulfilled, nonfraudulent orders qualify. Canceled, refunded, disputed, or charged-back amounts do not earn commission. Self-purchases do not qualify. Any attribution question will be reviewed against the order records.
5. PayPal payments
House of Della Rose will review and send eligible commissions manually through PayPal on the 15th of each month. An order must have been fulfilled at least 30 calendar days before that payment date and remain free of an unresolved dispute. Later-qualifying orders move to the next payment cycle. A commission breakdown will be provided by email. No minimum payout amount applies. Standard PayPal receiving fees, if charged, are deducted by PayPal from the recipient's payment; no extra deduction is added by House of Della Rose.
6. No free hair upfront - earned rewards
To strengthen accountability and consistent effort, the new program does not include free hair at enrollment or before promotional work begins. Hair must be earned through the performance process in Section 3; signing this agreement alone does not earn hair. Participation has no application or membership fee and requires no purchase or business debit card. Shirts and welcome packets are provided after acceptance; shirts are expected during the week of November 1, 2026.
7. Ending participation
Either party may end participation by written notice to the other party. House of Della Rose may suspend a code or end participation for inaccurate promotions, misuse of codes, confidentiality breaches, or failure to follow program expectations. Ending participation does not cancel properly earned commissions; eligible unpaid amounts follow the payment schedule above. Stop presenting yourself as a current ambassador after participation ends.
8. Privacy & payment details
Use your own contact email and the email linked to your PayPal account. Keep other ambassadors' agreements and payment details private. House of Della Rose will use these details to administer the program and send payments. Do not provide PayPal passwords, verification codes, bank routing numbers, or card numbers. Notify the business email promptly when payment details change.
9. Acceptance
By signing this agreement, I acknowledge the 10% commission terms, understand that NO FREE HAIR IS PROVIDED UPFRONT and that hair and perks must be earned, and accept the completed program terms. I confirm my details are correct and authorize payments to the PayPal email above. Requested deadline: Friday, November 6, 2026, at 5 p.m. Central. No signature has been applied on behalf of either party.
