Essence Tax offers a commission based compensation opportunity. Team members begin with a sixty forty commission structure, retaining sixty percent of their preparation fees while forty percent goes towards software bank product fees processing business operating expenses. Commission opportunities may increase after the first year based on performance and program terms. Specific pricing, compensation policies, and expectations will be reviewed during training.
