Each person must fill out their own form.  If you would like to attend a dinner with a family member, please complete a form for them.

A reminder will be sent a few days before the event with instructions about transportation or the address if you are driving yourself.  Be sure to check your email!  The email will not come from ISI email address, but from the email of your dinner host.

The list of available dinners can be found below.  More dinners will be added as they become available.  Dinners will be removed when they are full.  When you sign up, please consider it a firm commitment and DO NOT cancel at the last moment.  If you sign up and then are unable to attend, please notify your host at least 48 hours in advance.  If you have questions or need to notify a host but don't have contact info, please contact isiabq@isionline.org 

Release of Liability Statement and Hold Harmless Agreement for International Students, Inc. (ISI) Sponsored Event/Activity

In appreciation and consideration of ISI affording me the opportunity to participate in events and activities, I agree that I participate in these events/activities solely at my own risk. I waive, release and agree to hold harmless ISI, it's agents, employees and volunteers from any and all property damage, personal injury or other claims of whatever nature made by myself or others related to my participation in these events/activities.(To show agreement, please type your signature in the box below).

Media Notification:  Pictures may be taken at these events and may be used on social media.  No names or identifying details will be provided in social media posts without prior written permission.
