2027 ACC Application Package

Apply to serve on the Great Northwest Architectural Control Committee.
The Great Northwest CIA is accepting applications for one volunteer position on the five-member Architectural Control Committee (ACC) for a three-year term beginning January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2029. The ACC reviews homeowner requests for exterior property modifications to ensure compliance with the Association’s governing documents. Applicants must be Association members in good standing, reside on deed-restricted property, and meet applicable eligibility requirements under Texas law. Committee members are expected to attend meetings at least twice monthly and review applications fairly and consistently. Applications must be submitted by Sunday, November 22, 2026. The ACC will recommend a candidate on November 23, with the Board scheduled to consider the appointment on December 3.
