When your release charts, you receive screenshots, live chart links, and documented results you can use to showcase your achievement.

Please Note: We strategically promote new releases, as well as releases up to 3 months old, with campaigns designed to guarantee a #1 chart position on Amazon Music. Depending on the release and its eligibility, it could chart across Hot New Releases or Best Sellers, with each campaign carefully managed and sustained to achieve the targeted chart position. If your release is older we cannot guarantee a NO.1 so keep that in mind.

Terms and Conditions and No Refund Policy:

Our Amazon Music chart promotion service guarantees a No. 1 chart position for eligible releases that are three (3) months old or newer at the time of submission, subject to the terms of the selected service package. Releases older than three (3) months are NOT eligible for our No. 1 song chart guarantee, however they could still enter the chart but no specific charting position is guaranteed for those.

By purchasing this service, you acknowledge and accept these eligibility requirements and understand that older releases may achieve lower chart positions or may not chart at all under Best New Sellers or other Amazon chart categories. It is your responsibility to verify your release date and eligibility before submitting an order.

All payments are final and non-refundable once campaign processing has begun, except where required by applicable law or where we fail to fulfill an expressly guaranteed service obligation. Dissatisfaction with chart performance for releases older than three months does not constitute grounds for a refund. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and agree not to initiate an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws or payment provider regulations.
