  • Welcome to the Southern Construx Team

Thanks for working with us! This takes about 5 minutes on your phone. All you need today is your W-9 info, and the rest can come later.
  • Hi there,

We take a lot of pride in the work we do, and we only bring in trade partners we trust to do quality work and treat people's homes with respect. Before your first job, we need a few things to add you to our Approved Vendor List. It keeps you, us and our clients protected and lets us pay you fast.

To submit today, you only need:

    • Your business info and tax ID (for the W-9)

Before your first payment, we'll also need:

    • Your Certificate of Insurance
    • Your workers' comp policy or Florida exemption
    • Your Florida license (if your trade requires one)

You can upload those now or send them later.

  • Last Step – Sign & You’re Done

  • By signing below, I confirm that the information I've provided is accurate, that I carry the insurance described in this form, and that I'll notify Southern Construx right away if my coverage or license changes.

I understand that my insurance certificate, workers' comp (or exemption) and license must be on file with Southern Construx before my first payment.
