By signing, I agree that: 1. I own this console or have the owner's permission to modify it. 2. Modifying my console may void the manufacturer warranty. 3. Connecting a modified console to Nintendo's online services may result in a ban of the console or my account. ModSmith cannot prevent or reverse bans. 4. Modchip installation involves soldering to very small parts and carries a risk of permanent damage. If damage is caused by ModSmith's workmanship, ModSmith will refund the service fee. ModSmith is not liable beyond that. 5. ModSmith does not supply, install, or endorse pirated software. I am responsible for how I use my console and for following the laws that apply to me. 6. A backup will be made where possible. I am responsible for keeping my own copies of important data, including my SD card. 7. Workmanship is covered for 30 days. This does not cover drops, liquid damage, user changes, or software updates. 8. Pre-existing faults (drift, battery issues, cracks, prior repairs) are not covered. 9. Consoles not collected within 30 days of completion may be treated as abandoned. 10. A $40 deposit is required for modchip installs.
