    Please note that I do not have a store front and as such all orders will be picked up at a meeting location in Cheshire (considered a pickup order) or delivered.

    DELIVERY:
    Delivery throughout Connecticut
    FREE Delivery in Cheshire, CT

    Mileage Rate 72.5 cents per mile (government rate) rounded to nearest $5
    Rush hour and city driving may have additional fees.
    No additional hourly rate, delivery fee based on miles as noted above.

    SHIPPING OPTION INFORMATION:

    Shipping Rates
    Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on what you are ordering and preferred shipping method and destination location

    Shipment processing time
    All orders are processed within the time frame discussed when placing the order after the order has been placed. Everything is custom handmade and time will need to be allotted to fulful the orders and for shipping. 

    Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    Damages
    KAP-Design LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    Estimates for your custom order are provided to you at no charge.
    Requesting an estimate does not obligate you to purchase.


    ESTIMATES
    Upon receiving your inquiry form information, an estimate for your custom order will be emailed to you for review (pending any clarifications needed).

    Please allow a couple of days for an estimate to be emailed back to you. During busy times including holidays, it might take me a bit longer, but I will do my best to get back to you as soon as possible. If there will be a delay in getting you the estimate, I will do my best to give you an update in a timely manner.

    If you would like to proceed with your order the email with your estimate will include a button for electronic payment options.   

    Orders are not booked until retainer/full payment has been received (and cleared) to reserve the date for your custom order. Full payment is required to fullfill your order. 

    If you have any changes to your estimate, I would be happy to adjust as needed and send you an updated estimate for you to review. Certain options can be removed or changed to bring down the cost if needed.
