To the Heart of Kansas Southern Baptist Association:

Having been duly incorporated and constituted as a New Testament Church, the members hereby signify our desire to be recognized as a cooperating church of the Heart of Kansas Southern Baptist Association.

Our doctrinal convictions are in agreement with those expressed by Southern Baptists in the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message.

Our desire is to associate with like-minded churches in the fulfillment of the Great Commission in our region, and we declare our intention to financially support the work of the association and to participate in her mission. We will provide with this petition a copy of our constitution and by-laws.
