Transitional Kindergarten Enrollment Application

Complete the form for your child’s 2026–2027 enrollment. The program is for children who are 4 years old and turning 5 during the enrollment year. Weekly tuition is $165. The school day is 7:30 AM–2:30 PM, with optional before care from 6:30–7:30 AM at $10/day, optional after care from 2:30–6:00 PM at $10/day, or both for $20/day. Arrival after 9:00 AM is not permitted. Tuition is due weekly. A $150 enrollment deposit is required to secure placement. Submission alone does not secure placement. Please review the 24-hour fever-free return policy, the 30-day written withdrawal notice requirement, and all enrollment documents and acknowledgments before submitting.
