Event Preparation
Help us prepare the space and get everything ready before the guests arrive.
Sticker Distribution
Hand out stickers to attendees and help track the number distributed for event headcount.
Stage Assistance
Help coordinate and assist guests as they enter the stage area.
Pecan Shelling Activity
Help visitors try their hand at shelling pecans and see how easily they can crack them. We'll have a price chart showing the value of whole pecan pieces compared to broken pieces as part of the activity.
Make-and-Take Activity
Help visitors participate in a creative activity and assist with the supplies and materials.
Event Cleanup
Help break down the space and pack up supplies after the event.
