  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    1. For ONSITE ATTENDEES only.

    2. We warmly welcome both IN-KIND and MONETARY donations. Rest assured, all contributions will be used or shared during the event.

    3. Please note that sponsorship slots are final and cannot be cancelled / non-refundable.

    4. Each sponsorship form secures one onsite slot. The registration fee of 350 PHP must be paid to confirm your onsite slot.

    5. On event day, kindly present your sponsorship confirmation email and approach any of our admins to hand over your donation and receive our heartfelt token of appreciation.

    6. A minimum purchase of 350 PHP at the cafe is required to claim your kit. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your slot to another person (Pasalo). Please note that kits are for onsite pickup only and will not be shipped.

    7. Most of all, have fun, make memories, and party with fellow COERs!


    This form is protected by Republic Act 10173, or the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Personal information to be disclosed would strictly be protected and used solely for the purpose of this production.

    We gladly accept all in-kind donations, whether OFFICIAL or UNOFFICIAL (e.g., unsealed albums, photocards, tapestries, sintra boards, etc.).

    For registration fee payment, you will be sent the payment form after confirmation of your slot via email. Monetary donations can be sent together with the registration fee.

    NO EMAIL CONFIRMATION = NO SLOT

    Kindly accomplish the payment form as soon as possible after submitting this form. Unpaid slots by the end of the day will be forfeited.
