- Dear 2 My Heart Letters is a prepaid gift subscription. It's a gift and a conversation starter, not a health product or medical service.
- Your plan ends on its own. It is prepaid. There's no automatic renewal.
- Envelopes are mailed monthly by USPS- First Class Mail. We can't guarantee exact delivery dates. Anticpated delivery dates are the first week of the month.
- If you choose the Companion Copy tier, you'll receive emailed PDFs of what was mailed to the recipient.
- We use names, addresses and phone number only to fulfill your oder. We never sell them.
- Refunds and changes are explained in the Full Terms
